LOLLYGAGGING

I spent the last weeks of lollygagging in the mountains to put together a book trailer for The Rain Wizard. This is the second one I’ve commissioned and helped to create. I have to admit, the one for Birmingham Sunday went smoothly. This one, not so much. The company I work with, Circle of Seven Productions, is located in Northern California, and the fires there disrupted our communication. Then the IP address assigned to every household in our little mountain town was blacklisted. Yes, blacklisted. This meant that email and certain websites (like brimner.com) weren’t accessible. (An IP address gets blacklisted for things like spamming. It wasn’t me!) And finally, the publisher requested certain changes–like adding logos and deleting words. In the end, though, I’m pretty happy with the way it turned out. Take a gander, and give it a thumbs up if you’re so inclined.
